This is a one owner vessel and boathouse kept in fresh water since new. This was the owners' second Fleming, and built specifically with Pacific Northwest cruising in mind. There were over 95 custom options on the build list, making this exceptional vessel even more so. The upgraded 2000 lb davit was installed to handle the Titan 150 inflatable tender which is set up for fishing. There are only 1,112 hours on the 800hp MANS.
